A seasoned QA leader with over 15 years of experience in software quality assurance within financial services, specializing in algorithmic trading and analytics platforms. Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies, with deep expertise in performance, reliability, and accuracy testing. Skilled in building and leading high-performing QA teams, offering strong mentorship and driving career growth. Adept at designing robust test automation frameworks and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab and Jenkins. Technically proficient in Python, Java, and C++, and experienced with market data systems such as Bloomberg and Reuters. Deep knowledge of FIX protocol, financial messaging standards, and regulatory requirements including MiFID II and Reg NMS. Collaborative by nature, with a history of working closely with trading desks, quants, and development teams to align testing with business objectives. Well-versed in testing order management, execution algorithms, and market data integration. Experienced in performance testing, latency analysis, and capacity planning. Hands-on with monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus. Adept at managing UAT processes and leading incident reviews to drive preventive improvements. Committed to quality excellence and continuous improvement in testing practices. Combines strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail and a strong risk-aware mindset.
