Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that integrate various components of the development ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination. Throughout the day, you focus on maintaining high standards of quality by executing continuous testing cycles, including security and regression assessments. You also contribute to refining testing processes by reviewing code, tracking issues, and supporting configuration management, all aimed at fostering a robust and efficient application lifecycle.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Monitor testing outcomes and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve testing methodologies and tools.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within automated test suites.
• Familiarity with API testing and security testing concepts.
• Knowledge of environment and data configuration to support testing activities.
