Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team at Bhargava HR Solution. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and control processes in our pharmaceutical industry training and documentation division. You will ensure that all products and services meet the required standards and specifications, and that all regulatory requirements are complied with. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience, located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India. This is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in quality control in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of drug approval processes and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in QC tools and techniques
  • Experience in testing homeopathic and allopathic products
  • Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of product and service quality
  • Oversee the quality assurance and control processes in the pharmaceutical industry training and documentation division
  • Ensure that all products and services meet the required standards and specifications
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to address quality-related concerns and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage and lead a team of quality control technicians and analysts
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality control activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in quality control
  • Implement and utilize QC tools to monitor and evaluate quality control processes
  • Train and educate employees on quality control principles and practices
