You Are Responsible For
- Leading the quality control and assurance initiatives for special processes, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement within quality processes.
- Developing and implementing training programs for team members to enhance their understanding of quality standards and practices.
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to address quality concerns and optimize processes.
To succeed in this role you should have the following:
- A strong background in aerospace quality assurance and knowledge of Nadcap standards and requirements.
- Proven experience in leading quality control initiatives and managing quality-related projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of quality issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
- Relevant certifications in quality management or aerospace standards are highly desirable.
- Knowledge on Testing equipments and Methods.
