We're a SaaS startup specializing in automated customer service software. We're building automated customer service software, and we need a Quality Assurance Tester to help in the development and growth of our products.
- As a tester, you would need to help us achieve our goal of developing a glitch-free product.
- You would need to plan and then execute the tests to find as many bugs as possible.
- Automated as well as manual tests would need to be conducted.
- Should be able to review and analyze the product specifications.
- Should have problem-solving abilities to find solutions to fix the bugs.
- Should have good communication skills and should be able to explain the problem to the team.
