We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester to join our quality assurance team to test and validate web-based platforms, particularly ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testingusing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner, as well as a solid understanding of web application functionality, user flows, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, and performance tests for web-based platforms including ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
- Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing using tools such as JMeter and Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Analyze performance test results and identify system bottlenecks or performance issues.
- Validate application stability, scalability, and responsiveness under varying load conditions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand application requirements and workflows.
- Track and document test results, defects, and performance metrics using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure testing practices comply with industry standards and best practices.
