Quality Assurance Team Lead

Role Overview:

As a QA Lead, you will own end-to-end quality for our products, lead QA efforts, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams. You'll play a key role in shaping testing strategies across both application and data platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in Data Platforms / Data Engineering QA
• Strong experience in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-native data ecosystems (Azure preferred)
• Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Knowledge of data validation, ETL testing, and data quality frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
