Job Description

Estimate and obtain management support for the process, the time, resources and budget required to perform the quality maintenance activities.

Build a quality team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation.

Identify training requirements and forward it to the project manager (Technical and Soft skills).

Assign task to team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project.

Ensure content and structure of all quality documents is documented and maintained.

Audit Management.

Software validation process.

Managing periodic review, creation, revision, training of SOP & its related documents.

Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for quality as per standards defined by the organization.

Provide functional and compliance training to team for quality improvement.

Build a quality team of professionals in the department with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation.

Participate in recruitment process if required.

Analysing Current process in the department is executed correctly or not & work on revision if required.

Participating in other activities like audit, training, backups, SOP creation/ revision process and related documents (i.e. SOP Review form, SOP index, RDT Index, Training documents etc).

Co-ordinating with team mates in achieving assigned tasks.
