Roles and Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement effective quality assurance strategies to enhance overall product quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into all stages of the manufacturing process.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address deviations from quality standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.

Analyse production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.

Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes and procedures.

Generate regular reports on quality metrics and provide insights for management review.

Train and develop QA team members to ensure a high level of competency and adherence to quality standards.

Conduct periodic training sessions for production teams on quality control procedures.

Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to sheet metal manufacturing.

Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety regulations.

Collaborate with customer support teams to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication on quality matters.
