Job Title-Quality Assurance Head

Qualification - B Tech/Diploma in Electrical

Key Attributes-

In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), quality control processes, and regulatory requirements applicable to panel manufacturing.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of QA professionals.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with quality assurance tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).

Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQM, CQE) or related field preferred

Experience - 15-20 years of progressive experience in quality assurance within the panel manufacturing industry.

Key Roles & Responsibility-

Work Requirements

Incoming Inspection-

1.Incoming inspection of raw material with in one working day

2.Groom and monitor a fresh engineer to handle incoming inspection independently

3.Maintain and update all ISO records required from incoming inspection process

Calibration-

4.Calibration of all monitoring & measuring equipment

5.Maintain and update all records required for calibration

In-process Inspection-

6.Stage wise In-process inspection to be done

7.In case of any issue regarding mis match from design or any quality related issue raise NCR to production

8.Maintain and update all records required for in-process inspection

Documentation-

9.Documentation compliance before CI - as per checklist

10.Documentation compliance after CI - as per checklist

11.TQM MRM

Final Inspection/ Client Inspection-

12.Ensure proper closure of NCRs

13.ITO completed before CI- No. of ITO done before CI/ No. ofCI

14.ITO & CI MOM compliance to be done within 2 days

QA-

15.LY Top 10 CI Points not to be repeated in CY

16.Top 10 CC complaints not to be repeated in CY

Service Support-RCA & CAPA for Service Team

Training & TQM-

17.bTrainings of various topics of Quality

18.Trainings of various topics of TQM

19.Preparation of training modules
