Role - QA Manual Engineer

Key Responsibilitie
- sComprehensive Test Engineering: Design, author, and execute detailed, structured test plans, test cases, and test scenarios tailored to complex desktop (Electron) and web systems
- .Defect Lifecycle Management: Meticulously identify, isolate, document, and track software bugs using modern tracking ecosystems, providing developers with flawless steps to reproduce, console logs, and network payloads
- .Release Governance: Perform comprehensive regression and smoke testing ahead of major production deployments to maintain application stability in a high-velocity environment
- .Deep Exploratory Testing: Actively break systems using unscripted, exploratory testing methods to surface hidden edge cases, race conditions, and UI inconsistencies
- .Robust Test Documentation: Create and scale quality assurance artifacts—including test strategy documents, traceability matrices, and comprehensive test reports for leadership
- .Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with the founders, developers, and product owners from early feature design stages to establish acceptance criteria and clear technical boundaries
- .Agile Integration: Actively participate in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, feature grooming, and retrospectives) to advocate for quality first
.Required Skills & Qualifications
- :Proven Track Record: 4–6 years of dedicated manual software testing experience, ideally within product-driven startup environments or high-performance application spaces
- .Core Systems Knowledge: A rock-solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- .Tooling Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience utilizing industry-standard bug tracking and test management systems (e.g., JIRA, Linear, TestRail)
- .Technical Diagnosis: Strong familiarity with browser developer tools to diagnose client-side failures, inspect element positioning, and isolate network requests
- .Soft Skills: Analytical thinking patterns combined with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring technical issues are translated constructively to engineering teams
- .Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is highly preferred
