Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Analyst located in Delhi, India. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards by conducting thorough quality control checks and implementing quality assurance procedures. The role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to optimize processes and maintain consistent quality management practices. Effective communication with stakeholders will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for maintaining compliance with set standards and guidelines
- Proficiency in Quality Management practices to develop, implement, and improve quality frameworks
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate findings effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability to identify and address quality-related issues efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; certification in quality management systems is a plus
- Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is advantageous
