- We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist with expertise in Qlik Sense to join our IT team.
- This role involves developing and managing BI solutions, analyzing business data, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
- The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical skills in Qlik Sense, data analytics, and
project management, with additional exposure to modern BI tools and data technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy BI dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense to support business needs.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and
scalable BI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver insights that drive
informed decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting and analytical outputs.
- Manage and coordinate BI projects, ensuring alignment with business timelines and
standards.
- Work with data warehousing teams to integrate various data sources for reporting.
- Monitor performance and usage of BI solutions, optimizing for efficiency and user experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend innovations in BI tools and data
analytics strategies.
Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
- Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense in developing dashboards, data models, and
applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
- Experience in managing or contributing to BI or analytics-focused projects.
Optional Skills (Good-to-Have)
- Familiarity with other BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL).
