Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented QC Executive with expertise in New Product Development (NPD) and Research & Development (R&D) to ensure quality standards in our products. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing quality control measures, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain quality control processes for NPD and R&D projects

2. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

3. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues

4. Develop and implement testing protocols for new products

5. Analyze data and provide insights to improve product quality

Requirements:

1. BSc/MSc in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field

2. Proven experience in QC, NPD, and R&D

3. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with quality management systems (ISO 22000, FSSAI, etc.)

2. Familiarity with statistical process control and quality tools
