What Will Your Role Look Like
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Performance Test Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the full performance testing lifecycle, focusing on optimizing software reliability and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Execution: Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, cases, and scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Analysis & Optimization: Monitor application performance, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks for system improvements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and implement optimizations.
- Testing Types: Conduct Load, Stress, Scalability, and Endurance testing for web applications and REST APIs.
- Documentation: Document processes, test results, and issues found during testing clearly and concisely.

- Experience: 34 years of experience in performance testing.
- Tool Expertise: Strong expertise in JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience testing REST APIs and understanding web technologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Knowledge of performance metrics, reporting, and optimization best practices.
