We focus on manufacturing Aero Engine tooling for major OEMs such as CFM, RR, GE, Safran, and P&W, as well as Aircraft tooling for Airbus, Boeing, and Dassault. We work with a variety of materials and offer machining services for components in a wide range of sizes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Manager located in Bengaluru. The QA Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and leading the QA team. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing QA policies, conducting inspections and tests, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with other departments to ensure quality standards are met. The QA Manager will also be accountable for maintaining and improving the AS9100 Rev D certification.

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance: Knowledge of QA methodologies, AS9100 standards, and regulatory compliance
• Leadership: Experience in managing a QA team and leading quality improvement initiatives
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in inspection and testing techniques, data analysis, and quality control instruments
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing and the materials used in aerospace components
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Additional: Experience with Aero Engine and Aircraft tooling is a plus
