Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance (QA) - International Voice Process (CSE) located in Bengaluru South. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating interactions between customers and customer service representatives to ensure quality and adherence to company standards. Additional responsibilities include conducting quality audits, implementing process improvement strategies, and ensuring compliance with best practices, such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The individual will also work collaboratively with teams to address quality metrics and provide feedback to enhance performance.
