Job Description -

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to support the implementation and validation of our new Microsoft ERP system. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated functional tests using the Tricentis Testim low-code/no-code automation platform. Experience with ERP systems and modern test automation frameworks is highly desirable.

1. 4+ years of experience in QA Automation with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.

2. Hands-on experience with Tricentis Testim for developing and maintaining low-code/no-code automated functional test cases.

3. Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end test suites.

4. Support the implementation and quality assurance of a new Microsoft ERP system by validating critical business workflows and integrations.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate testing progress, risks, issues, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

6. Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive automated test scenarios.

7. Experience working with ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Finance & Operations, or similar) and an understanding of core business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Order Management is highly desirable.

8. Identify, document, track, and verify software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

9. Create reusable automation components and maintain test data to improve automation coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.

10. Execute test plans, support release validation, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation practices.

11. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.

12. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed/global teams.

13. Experience with API testing, integration testing, SQL/database validation, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) is an advantage.

14. Hands-on experience with Playwright for code-based test automation is a strong plus.

15. Exposure to Agentic AI and AI-assisted QA automation frameworks is a good-to-have and will be considered an added advantage.

16. Self-motivated, quality-focused, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies while driving automation best practices.
