We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, React.js, CloudNative Architecture, and Microservices development. The role involves leading the design and development of scalable web applications, mentoring engineering teams, driving architecture decisions, and delivering highquality solutions on AWS cloud platforms while collaborating with stakeholders in Agile environments.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable fullstack applications.
- Architect and develop backend services using Python and modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, and Django.
- Build responsive and highperformance frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
- Design cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and crossfunctional engineering teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software quality guidelines.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and release management activities.
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
- Drive best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and cloudnative development.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong experience in Python development using FastAPI, Flask, and Django frameworks.
- Extensive experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, and state management using Redux.
- Expertise in designing and developing microservices and distributed applications.
- Strong hands-on experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with AWS cloud services including EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
- Hands'on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
- Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar DevOps tools.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases and data modeling concepts.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, objectoriented design principles, and application architecture.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative software development practices.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to engineering teams.
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit learn is desirable.
- Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and AIpowered application development is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR is preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or other regulated industries is a plus.
- Ability to drive technical strategy, solution architecture, and successful project delivery.
