Position:

Senior Python Developer

Profile Description:

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with experience in a product-based startup environment. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Python, have strong problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working in an agile setup. Experience with system design and system architecture is a plus.

Qualification:

Bachelor&aposs/Masters Degree in Computer Science/Programming/Information Systems, Software Development, or related field.

Required Skills:

3+ years of Python development experience in a product-based startup.

Strong understanding of Django / Flask / Fast API.

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

Proficiency in RESTful API development and third-party integrations.

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Familiarity with Celery, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ is a plus.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with system design and architecture is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python-based applications.

Work on end-to-end product development, from design to deployment.

Optimize performance and scalability of backend systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, and DevOps).

Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and database solutions.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.

Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications.

Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.

Ensure high availability and fault tolerance in distributed systems.

Mentor and lead a team of trainees and junior developers, guiding them through best coding practices and architectural decisions.
