Python Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Python Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, modern backend frameworks, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture. You will lead a team of engineers, drive technical decisions, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable backend applications using Python.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, design discussions, and best engineering practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Drive Agile development practices, sprint planning, and technical estimations.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide effective solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Promote coding standards, documentation, and automated testing.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the technology stack.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and multithreading.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
