Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Developer role based in the Pune Division. We are seeking a mid-level Python Developer with around 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development. You will be responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable asynchronous applications, managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, and integrating advanced AI capabilities using Amazon Bedrock.

Key Responsibilities

• API Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, low-latency RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
• Asynchronous Programming: Write clean, efficient, and scalable asynchronous Python code to handle high-concurrency workloads.
• Database & Caching: Design database schemas and optimize queries for MongoDB. Implement Redis for caching and session management.
• Background Processing: Architect and manage distributed task queues and background jobs using Celery and Redis.
• Cloud & AI Integration: Deploy and manage applications on AWS. Integrate and utilize AWS AI/ML services, specifically Amazon Bedrock, to power next-gen application features.
• Event-Driven Architecture: Implement decoupled, event-driven microservices using Amazon SNS and SQS.
• Server less & Compute: Develop and deploy server less functions using AWS Lambda and manage containerized/VM workloads on AWS EC2.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Build, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and AI/ML engineers to deliver end-to-end features.

Required Technical Skills

• Core Languages: Strong proficiency in Python with a deep understanding of Asynchronous programming (asyncio, async/await).
• Frameworks: Extensive hands-on experience with FastAPI.
• Databases: Strong working knowledge of NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Message Brokers & Task Queues: Solid experience with Redis and Celery.
• Cloud Services (AWS):Compute: EC2, Lambda
• Messaging: SNS, SQS
• AI/ML: Amazon Bedrock (Experience integrating LLMs/GenAI models is a strong plus).
• DevOps & Version Control: Proficient in Git and building CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.
• Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker (and basic understanding of container orchestration).
