Python Application Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

Application Design & Development: Architect, build, and configure Python-based applications according to business needs and technical specifications.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams including project managers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to ensure timely delivery and integration of solutions.

Project Delivery: Take ownership of assigned deliverables from conception to deployment, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to team learning by sharing technical insights, best practices, and mentorship for junior members.

Professional & Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Python (minimum 5 years hands-on experience).

Experience with Python frameworks (such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database design.

Familiarity with version control systems (preferably Git).

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Exposure to cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines is desirable but not mandatory.

Experience & Education Criteria

Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Python application development.

At least 15 years of full-time formal education (from recognized institutions).

Proven track record of delivering Python projects in collaborative environments.
