Position: Purchase Manager

Location: Dadanagar, Kanpur

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of electrical products, components, and related materials. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, purchase order processing, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely procurement at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure electrical products and materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Coordinate with stores and sales teams to maintain inventory levels.
• Track deliveries and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Maintain purchase records and generate procurement reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field (preffered)
• 1–5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the electrical industry.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
