About the job and it's activities

The hostess oversees multiple dining areas within the hotel, ensuring smooth Guest flow and optimal table allocation. Adapts to changing work schedules and ensures the availability of staff during peak and off-peak hours. Greets and escorts guests to their tables with a warm and friendly demeanor. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with guests in all F&B outlets. Assists guests in getting comfortably seated, providing menus and offering any initial assistance they may require. Collaborates with the Service team to ensure tables are set up correctly and aesthetically. Ensures that dishes are presented attractively before serving to enhance the overall dining experience. Provides support to the bar staff during peak Hours by assisting with drink orders or maintaining cleanliness.

Thursday, - 4:00 pm - 12:00 am

Friday to Sunday, - 3:00 pm - 12:00 am


  • Welcome Guest on arrival in an appropriately warm and courteous manner at the Hotel. Instant recognition of repeat guests.
  • Ensure that all complaints are promptly attended to and check with the Guest for Feedback.
  • To have a thorough knowledge of outlets, menu and timings. To ensure quality in all aspects of work and among the staff in the hotel.
  • Reports, resolves and take appropriate action on guest complaints or problems to ensure good guest relations and safeguard of Hotels interests represents hotel in contact with general public.
  • Greets arriving VIPs, is visible and in contact with guests in a public relations capacity. Logs any points of concern and promptly resolves/actions requests of guests as a first effort priority.
  • Follow up calls are to be made to ensure the guests expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Takes photos of dishes and restaurant ambiance for promotional purposes and enhances online reviews.
  • Contacts potential guests or loyal patrons to inform them about special events, promotions, or reservations
  • Uses WhatsApp or other messaging platforms to send promotional messages and updates to a list of subscribers.
  • Manages reservation systems, allocates tables, and ensures accurate scheduling of Guest bookings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to conduct sales calls to potential clients
