Job Title- PTC Servigistics Technical Analyst / Lead

Relevant Experience

(in Yrs) 4+ years as PTC Servigistics Technical Analyst / Lead

Technical/Functional Skills

• Domain Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of Service Parts Planning, forecasting, and Inventory Management concepts.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, relational databases (Oracle, SQL), and Python/Bash scripting.

Experience Required 6 + Years of .Net

Roles & Responsibilities

· System Triage & Support: Analyze and resolve complex production incidents and execute root cause analysis (RCA).

· Integration & Development: Manage custom backend development, using technologies like Java (Spring Framework) and database querying tools like SQL and Oracle.

· Planning Configuration: Configure and tune Servigistics parameters to optimize service parts planning, multi-echelon optimization, and forecasting.

· Leadership & Strategy: Guide offshore technical teams, validate functional scenario testing before business deployment, and communicate solution impacts effectively
