Position-Psychometric Test Design Development/ Psychometric Test Design
Location-Mumbai
Experiecne-6-12 years of Experience after Completion of MBA
Industry-IT Consulting/Human Capital Consulting
Education-MBA-Tier 1& 2-Batch 2016/2017/2018
Role Responsibilities
You begin with us as somebody who can lead your own projects, manage your
clients with limited supervision and guidance from others. We expect you to show
ownership, drive, accountability, and client and team management skills. We would
love for you to show us depth not only in solution areas but also in your
understanding of how client organizations function. A practical solution-oriented
approach to projects and assignments is most valued by our clients and Firm.
You will be a part of highly energized team in consulting and depending on
projects you will wear different hats ranging from guiding the team, delivering
projects, wowing our clients, and bringing in sales for the Firm.
Apply psychological principles to study individual and group behavior
within client organizations.
Evaluate management styles, company expectations, social situations,
and organizational structure within client organizations.
Collaborate with client HR departments to observe employees and their
work environment to measure elements, such as job satisfaction and
performance.
Use psychological research to help client businesses hire qualified
employees.
Design and implement training and motivational programs for the client's
workforce.
Collaborate with client HR Departments in a consultative role.
Guide your team to analyze workplace data to identify factors contributing
to work inefficiency and low morale within client organizations.
Lead research/survey to obtain information that supports statistical
analysis and provide more clues to a client organization's performance.
Design and implement development programs aimed at enhancing the
decision-making and leadership qualities of client company executives and
managers.
Develop techniques and standards for the testing and selection of potential
employees based on their skills and abilities.
Leverage your previous experience to help our clients get the best
solutions tailored to their need.
Lead project teams to deliver quality assessment and development
solutions for our clients.
