AI Agent Creator (Prompt Engineer)

About the Role

We are looking for AI Agent Creators who can design, build, and refine intelligent agents that think, reason, and act through prompts, logic, and tools. You will define how agents understand context, execute actions, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI agents with well-structured prompts and clear task logic.

Write and iterate prompts to improve reasoning, adaptability, and tone.

Create and integrate functions or tools (MCP-based or custom) to extend agent capabilities.

Define conversational or goal-oriented workflows.

Design, evaluate, and improve agent performance using defined test cases.

Must-Have Skills

Proven ability to create or configure AI agents on any platform.

Experience writing structured prompts and optimizing model behavior.

Familiarity with function calling, tool creation, or MCP-style integrations.

Strong analytical thinking and clarity in describing reasoning steps.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with agent evaluation frameworks or systematic testing.

Ability to work with TypeScript (Node.js), Python, or Go.

Prior exposure to conversational or goal-driven agent design.

Understanding of memory, context, and reasoning principles in AI systems.
