Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Projection Engineer, located in Sadar. The Projection Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cinema projection systems. Duties include setup, operation, and maintenance of projection and sound equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring optimal picture and sound quality, and coordinating with technical and support staff to facilitate seamless screenings. Adherence to safety and operational protocols is paramount to this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with projection and sound equipment
• Technical proficiency in setting up and maintaining audiovisual systems
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Understanding of safety protocols and operational standards in a cinema
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality visual and audio output
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with technical and support staff
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• A degree or certification in a related field such as electrical engineering, audiovisual technology, or similar
• Experience in the cinema industry is a plus
