Sample Processing & Storage
- Receive, process, and store biological samples (blood, vaginal swabs) as per protocol, maintaining strict adherence to quality control procedures.
Fungal Culture & Identification
- Perform culture and identification ofCandida speciesand other fungi from clinical samples.
Antifungal Susceptibility Testing
- Conduct antifungal sensitivity testing using standard mycology laboratory methods.
Blood Sample Handling
- Process blood samples forcomponent separation, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and documentation.
Clinical Data Collection
- Obtain and record relevant clinical details of study participants as part of research documentation.
Research Support in Mycology
- Assist in carrying out research-related activities including data entry, lab coordination, and compliance with study protocols.
