We are a leading manufacturer of Heat Recovery Units, committed to delivering innovative and energy-efficient solutions. To expand our market presence, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Engineer to handle dealer-to-dealer sales across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and other states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage dealer-to-dealer sales for Heat Recovery Units in the assigned territory.
  • Identify, appoint, and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective project sales strategies.
  • Provide technical support, product presentations, and demonstrations to dealers.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support.
  • Regularly visit dealers and project sites to strengthen relationships and gather market feedback.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share market insights.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • 25 years of experience inindustrial product/project sales(experience in HVAC/Heat Exchangers/Compressors/Energy-saving products will be an added advantage).
  • Strong dealer network knowledge in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Haryana.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
