Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Sales Engineer based in Bengaluru & rest of the Karnataka. The role involves managing project sales, building, and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and handling end-to-end sales processes. The Project Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, propose suitable solutions, and ensure projects are executed efficiently within timelines and budget. Regular reporting and meetings with the sales management team will also be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Sales and Sales with proven experience in meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Experience in customer service and ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Skills in Sales Management, including planning, strategizing, and executing sales initiatives
• Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• Bachelor's/Diploma or any degree in engineering, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in the acoustics, soundproofing, or construction industry is an advantage
