Project /Program Manager

Initiate, plan, and define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Lead the execution of StdCells projects and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Prepare executive-ready presentations, project documentation, and status/accomplishment reports for management review.

Track project dependencies, identify gaps, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure smooth progress.

Develop and maintain backup/recovery plans to address unplanned delays or risks.

Ensure effective and consistent communication across project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.

Manage special projects and support senior staff in high-priority initiatives.

Work effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams across the semiconductor development lifecycle.

Serve as the Quality Champion for StdCells development projects.

Oversee the creation, implementation, and execution of quality management strategies and frameworks.

Ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed established quality standards.

Drive consistency, process improvements, and continuous enhancement across quality workflows.

Identify gaps in quality processes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for engineering, management, and executive-level stakeholders.
