Job Description

Client: Leading MNC in high end office furniture

Location: Bangalore


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various

projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership

skills, a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to

coordinate different teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.


1. Project Planning:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives,
timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
Define project tasks and allocate resources accordingly.
Create and maintain project documentation, such as schedules, progress
reports, and risk assessments.

2. Team Coordination:

Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity on roles,
responsibilities, and expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project
objectives with company goals.
Attend weekly site meetings and meet all stakeholders regularly
throughout the project cycle until handover.
Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address issues, and
foster effective communication.

3. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to minimize
disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.

4. Budget and Resource Management:

Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to
financial constraints.
Optimize resource utilization and allocate resources efficiently to support
project requirements.

5. Quality Assurance:

Establish quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the project
Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions as necessary to
maintain project quality.
6. Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and
senior management.
Address stakeholder concerns and maintain positive relationships with all
project stakeholders (both internal and external)

7. Project Evaluation and Reporting:

Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to management,
highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.


Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or related field. Master's degree or
PMP certification is a plus.
Proven experience (5 years minimum) in project management, preferably in

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., MS Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced
