Job Description

  • Subject Matter Expertise in immigration
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, create a detailed project plan with timelines, tasks, and resource requirements,
  • Develop a budget, and allocate resources while also identifying and managing project risks.
  • Assemble skilled teams, assign roles, provide guidance, and foster collaboration for productivity
  • Ensure plan adherence, adjust progress, manage changes, and oversee daily project activities
  • Set, enforce, and test project quality standards
  • Identify, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans, and proactively address project risks as they arise
  • Allocate resources efficiently, resolve conflicts, and provide necessary tools and support to team members as per the project plan.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage the project budget, ensuring expenses are within constraints and tracking approvals and spending
  • Identify project stakeholders, understand their needs, and engage with them to address concerns and manage expectations
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained and up-to-date, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
  • Ensure deliverable acceptance, evaluate project performance, and close out with stakeholder sign-off
  • Act as the central point of contact, ensuring effective communication and regular project meetings
