What will you do
- Serve as project manager for one or more projects
- Set up project goals, timelines, budget estimates and status reports
- Coordinate project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Use project management tools to track project performance, schedule adherance, and required resources
- Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, realign schedules and
expectations as needed
- Conduct risk assessments for projects
- Establish and implement project communication plans, provide status updates to stakeholders
- Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends needed to prepare status reports
Requirements
What do you bring to the table
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Systems, Project Management, Life Sciences, Business
Administration, or related discipline preferred
- Experience in Agile, SCRUM preferred
- Organized with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications
and software used in the organization and the industry
- Experience with project management tools (such as Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, etc..)
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner
