Role Summary
The Project Manager will spearhead the end-to-end process transformation initiatives by ideating, designing, and deploying solutions using standardized methodologies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder engagement and overseeing project governance.
This role will focus on leveraging design thinking to identify and capitalize on process improvement opportunities, driving enhancements across process, technology, and data. The Project Manager will analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes to significantly boost operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Education
- Bachelor's degree

Relevant Experience
- Overall, 10 - 12 years of experience in Process design, Technology deployments and consulting, with a strong focus on process transformation initiatives
- Minimum 3 years experience in business process management methodologies, and the ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable plans that drive business value
- Minimum of 3 years experience in deploying technology solutions
- Should be able to display how he/she was able to convert an opportunity into solution
- Experience in Business Process Mapping and analysis, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and proposing effective redesigns
- PMP trained desired
- Six Sigma Lean/BB Certification desired
- Should have managed small teams or ability to exhibit to managerial skill
- Strong understanding of six sigma tools - linkage and usage.
- Working knowledge of MS project to build project plans;
- Strong proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, Monday.com).
- Excellent analytical, Excel, PowerPoint, MS office and documentation skills
- Exposure to enterprise data warehouse systems preferred, enabling effective data-driven decision-making in process transformations.
- Experience working with or communicating with US-based stakeholders and business environments
- Strong written communication skills — this role requires drafting professional correspondence for director-level audiences regularly
- Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Strong command of email and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing the thread
- Proactive communicator — surfaces issues early rather than waiting to be asked
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of a project from Initiation to Closure
- Create detailed process maps using standard notation (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts) to visualize current and proposed workflows.
- Document process steps, inputs, outputs, and interactions to provide a clear understanding of process operations.
- Act as a primary interface for the project between Business Stakeholders and PES India Operations
- Engage effectively with customers and deploy Standard Program/Project Management Methodology
- Manage and implement project responsibilities from inception to completion including: cost, benefits, quality, scope, and schedule
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans
- Regularly and effectively communicate project and team status throughout the organization levels on progress, issues, and opportunities
- Deliver project customer satisfaction and productivity commitments
- Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Partner with Cross functional teams in understanding business pain points and arrive at appropriate IT and/or Re-engineering solutions
- Liaise with various teams and Create Work Breakdown Structures, Project Schedules and Project Timelines for the team
- Maintain Effective Project Documentation
- Coordinate with US stakeholders to understand processes and establish end-to-end project transition plan
- Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging team members to propose new ideas and methodologies for process transformation.
