Project Manager – Software Development

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong technical background in .NET or any relevant technology to lead and drive successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a combination of hands-on development experience, project management expertise, and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and risk management abilities to ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive software development projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, leveraging expertise in .NET or any relevant technology.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and roadmaps while ensuring effective resolution.
• Work closely with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong client relationships.
• Oversee project financials, including P&L management and budget adherence.
• Implement Agile methodologies and best practices, ensuring teams are trained and mentored in Agile values.
• Utilize SAFE framework and Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and execution.
• Maintain a commercial mindset, fostering long-term client partnerships.
• Ensure project delivery excellence, optimizing processes and improving team efficiency.
• Be open to hybrid work models, including on-site presence at client locations when necessary.

Requirements:

• 9 to 12 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Strong technical background in .NET or any relevant technology.
• Experience in managing software development teams and delivering complex projects.
• Proven ability to handle risks, dependencies, and project roadmaps.
• Excellent client interaction skills with a strong business and commercial mindset.
• Expertise in P&L management and financial aspects of project execution.
• Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, with relevant certifications (Agile, PMI, or SAFE preferred).
• Exposure to Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
