Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Loan Origination System (LOS) to lead the implementation, enhancement, and delivery of LOS projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, a solid understanding of lending operations, and experience working with business, technology, and vendor teams to deliver high-quality solutions within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end LOS implementation and enhancement projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
• Coordinate with product, development, QA, infrastructure, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Manage UAT planning, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and change requests.
• Support post-implementation stabilization and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and digital lending processes.
• Experience in managing BFSI or FinTech technology projects.
• Knowledge of Retail, SME, or Corporate Lending workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Strong project planning, risk management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
