We are urgently looking for an experienced Project Manager - ServiceNow (Hyderabad / Pune) to lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects within a large enterprise environment(Financial Services). The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end ServiceNow programmes, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.
Key Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, with at least 3 years delivering ServiceNow projects in Financial Services
- Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Catalog, HRSD, CSM, or related modules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Infrastructure teams to define project scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, RAID logs, and stakeholder reporting.
- Coordinate third-party vendors, implementation partners, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
- Ensure successful delivery of integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms using REST APIs, Azure, Active Directory, SAP, or other business systems.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests while ensuring delivery against agreed milestones.
- Experience handling Banking and Financial Service projects
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, release management, and production go-live activities.
- Ensure projects comply with ITIL best practices, governance, security, and organisational standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
