Job Title: Team Leader / Resident Engineer / Project Manager Building Projects

Qualification:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering; OR
- Post Graduate in Structural Engineering
Total Professional Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Building Projects.
- Extensive experience in handling EPC / Item Rate / BOT / Turnkey contracts.
- Strong background in planning, execution, and supervision of large multi-storeyed buildings.
Key Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Team Leader / Resident Engineer / Project Manager or in a similar senior capacity in building projects.
- Experience in multi-storeyed buildings with 4 or more floors.
- Experience in Construction Supervision / Independent Engineer (IE) roles for building projects meeting any one of the following thresholds:
- Building project of minimum 10,000 sqm with 4 or more storeys, OR
- Building project of minimum 5,000 sqm with 3 or more storeys, OR
- Building project of value 50 crore or above.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of building codes, engineering standards, and construction practices.
- Effective communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software.
