Job Description

We are looking for someone who can manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of resources, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the organization. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems.


This person works closely with VPs and management to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
Contribute to the existing strategic planning process
Identifying growth opportunities.
Assessing existing markets, ancillary markets, and macro-economic trends.
Assessing industry and competitive landscape.
Identifying key industry trends and how they impact the company / opportunities for growth
Developing senior and board level presentations.
Research and analyze new markets for inorganic growth opportunities.
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations.

Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Responsible for all department managers, technical leads, Team Leads reviews and approvals.
Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings.
The person should be able to multi-task and decipher statistical reports and be patient with issues involving clients and the workforce.
They should also possess strong problem-solving, troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
He/She also implement and oversees the quality of deliverables, manage team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance; as well as participate in the development and presentation of proposals for management.

Work timings: Rotational (Flexile as per requirement) including Night Shift.
