As a Project Manager PMO II, you will be responsible for...
- Driving PMO governance across multiple engineering projects.
- Managing project portfolio tracking and governance activities.
- Preparing and maintaining leadership dashboards and executive reports.
- Tracking project KPIs, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
- Facilitating Gate Phase/Toll Gate reviews and governance meetings.
- Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects throughout the product lifecycle.
- Managing APQP and project documentation.
- Standardizing PMO processes and governance frameworks.
- Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean/Kaizen methodologies.
- Coordinating with global cross-functional engineering teams.
- Supporting leadership reviews and executive decision-making through accurate reporting.
What you already have...
- 3–6 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Program Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) only.
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial organizations.
Strong experience in:
- PMO Governance

- Gate Phase / Toll Gate Process
- APQP & Documentation Management
- Training Global Teams
- Leadership / PMI Dashboards
- Advanced Excel
- New Product Introduction (NPI)

Preferred:
- Experience with Planisware or MS Project.
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- PMI/PMP certification is an advantage.
- Experience supporting engineering or product development organizations.
