Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee a large-scale survey project. The role requires a professional with a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities, and extensive experience in managing government or international projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and manage all aspects of large-scale survey projects.
  • Develop and implement project work plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, deliverables, and budgetary requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Central/State Government departments, agencies, or international/multilateral funding bodies.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks, criteria, and monitoring mechanisms to track project milestones and performance indicators.
  • Oversee the use and development of digital platforms and IMIS for project monitoring and reporting.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to PMU/PMC teams and ensure smooth execution of activities.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Mitigate project risks and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: B. Tech with MBA (mandatory).
  • Certifications: PMP/PRINCE certification is mandatory.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale survey projects.
  • Proven track record of working as PMU/PMC Team Lead/Project Manager for at least three projects for Central Government/State Government or their agencies, or international/multilateral funding agencies.
  • Hands-on experience in developing evaluation frameworks and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Experience in developing and using digital platforms with knowledge of IMIS.
