Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Project Manager with
7+ years of expertise in managing IT and networking infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are executed within scope, time, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical understanding of IT/networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT/networking projects
- Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Drive coordination between internal teams (network, technical support, procurement, logistics, etc.)
- Manage client communications, requirement gathering, and periodic review meetings
- Oversee on-site project activities, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to SLAs
- Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, MOMs, and closure documents
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth material delivery
- Track project financials, billing milestones, and profitability
- Mentor project coordinators and junior team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT/networking project management
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT/networking/system integration projects
- Proficiency with project management tools: MS Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-handling skills
- Deep understanding of networking infrastructure, deployment processes, and technical standards
- Strong documentation, planning, and reporting capabilities
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage
