Job Title: Project Manager Civil (Railway/Highway Infrastructure)
Location: Petlad, Gujarat
Education (Mandatory):
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- 1520 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in railway and/or highway infrastructure
- Prior experience as Deputy Project Manager or Project Manager is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and manage large-scale civil infrastructure projects (railways/highways) from initiation to completion
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless execution
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
- Resolve on-site challenges and ensure timely project delivery within budget
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve performance excellence
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
