The ERP Implementation Lead will spearhead the deployment and optimization of Infisuite products across our clients. This pivotal role demands a blend of technical proficiency and strategic acumen to enhance customer implementation experience and achieve alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Infisuite products, ensuring adherence to project timelines

Coordinate with various departments including IT, technical team, client's business team to tailor the software to business needs.

Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain robust communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee and Facilitate the integration of Infisuite with other business systems for seamless data flow and functionality.

Train end-users on the new system functionalities and best practices.

Provide ongoing support and upgrades to the software, ensuring it evolves with organizational needs.

Generate regular reports on project status and the performance of the implemented system for upper management.

Experience in ERP/HRMS implementation including any procurement software or ERP like Finly, Zycus, SAP, Oracle, Zoho etc.
