Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
- Track project progress and update stakeholders regularly.
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and maintain project
documentation.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Help define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays or risks.
- Follow up with team members on pending tasks and project milestones.
- Maintain project records using tools such as Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar
platforms.
- Support project managers in preparing reports and project status updates.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Assist in quality assurance and project delivery processes.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or
similar tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn project management practices in a fast-paced environment.
