Job Title: Project Manager - (Interior Fit-Out / Construction Projects) - (NICMAR Candidate Preferred)

Location: Pune, Mumbai

Experience: 5-10 years in interior fit-out or construction project management.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the project lifecycle-from planning and coordination to site execution and final handover-while ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget requirements. Candidates with a NICMAR qualification will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting.

Prepare and maintain project schedules, daily progress reports, and tracking documents.

Coordinate effectively with design teams, site engineers, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, ** safety protocols**, and workmanship guidelines across all project activities.

Manage project budgets, BOQs, billing measurements, and track cost variances to maintain financial control.

Conduct regular site meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams to review progress and resolve issues.

Monitor vendor performance, productivity, and resolve site-level challenges promptly.

Prepare snag lists, oversee rectifications, and manage final project handover and close-out documentation.

Ensure projects are delivered as per the agreed timelines, specifications, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of turnkey interior execution and site management processes.

Proficiency in project scheduling, vendor coordination, and cost control methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple project sites and cross-functional teams simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

Experience & Qualification:

Experience: 5-10 years in interior fit-out or construction project management.

Qualification: NICMAR / Civil Engineering / Project Management (NICMAR preferred).
