This project aims to consolidate internal software development tools across the organization by standardizing platforms, streamlining development workflows, reducing tool duplication, and fostering stronger collaboration among teams. The initiative will drive greater operational efficiency, optimize licensing and support costs, strengthen governance and compliance, and establish a unified, scalable development ecosystem that supports the organization's long-term software engineering and digital transformation goals.

Your tasks
- Managing business requirements analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and optimizing existing processes to support project goals and drive operational efficiency
- Working with vendors, stakeholders, software licenses, and project communications to ensure effective collaboration, transparency, and successful delivery outcomes
- Overseeing IT delivery, testing, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization activities to ensure a seamless implementation and transition to business operations
- Coordinating cross-functional business, IT, vendor, and SE DPS teams to deliver project objectives on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining strong governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and quality control
Requirements
- Minimum three years of project management experience
- Basic understanding of software development and DevOps tools
- Understanding of client project governance and project management frameworks
- Knowledge of project governance principles, compliance requirements, and project controls
- Experience in monitoring adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements
- Fluent English - minimum B2 level
Nice to have
- Experience in IT delivery, testing, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization
